Online Therapy in Colorado for Women, Anxiety, ADHD, and Life Transitions
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what direction to take next, therapy can help you regain clarity and confidence. I offer online therapy across Colorado, including Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, and Pueblo, making it simple to access support from home, work, or anywhere you feel comfortable. Whether you're navigating a big life change, adjusting to a new environment, managing ADHD, or trying to understand your patterns in relationships, online therapy offers a calm and grounding space to process what’s happening and create meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy for Women Navigating Change, Identity, and Overwhelm
Many of the women I work with feel like they’re carrying a heavy emotional load while still trying to show up for everyone around them. You may be balancing work, relationships, and the pressure to “have it together,” but internally you feel anxious, lost, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve moved to Colorado—whether Colorado Springs or another city—and you’re struggling to adjust and build community. Or perhaps you’re trying to make decisions about your career, identity, or relationships and feel unsure which direction is right. Therapy can give you a steady, supportive place to explore who you are, what you want, and how to move forward with confidence.
Who I Work With
I enjoy working with women and young adults who want to understand themselves on a deeper level and feel ready to make changes that genuinely support their well-being. Many of my clients describe themselves as anxious high-achievers, people-pleasers, or deeply reflective individuals who have outgrown old patterns but aren’t sure how to step into something new. Others are managing ADHD and feeling frustrated by the constant effort required to stay organized, consistent, or motivated. Some are going through transitions like moving, starting a new job, ending a relationship, or adjusting to motherhood, and they’re seeking a space where their emotions can be understood, validated, and gently untangled. If you’re motivated for internal growth and want therapy that helps you understand your patterns, we’ll work well together.
Understanding the Challenges You’re Facing
You may feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating: overthinking, second-guessing yourself, feeling insecure in relationships, shutting down when overwhelmed, or losing track of who you are when life gets stressful. ADHD might make daily routines harder, leaving you exhausted from trying so hard. Anxiety may show up as constant worry, emotional tension, or difficulty making decisions. You might feel disconnected in a new city or be struggling to create a sense of belonging in Colorado. Or you may be facing big questions about identity, purpose, or direction. These experiences can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Therapy can help you understand where these feelings come from and what needs to shift for you to feel more grounded.
What Our Work Together Will Focus On
Our work together will center on understanding your internal world—your emotions, patterns, relationships, beliefs, and needs—so you can make decisions and move through life from a place of clarity rather than fear or overwhelm. We might explore how anxiety influences your behavior, how ADHD impacts your routines and motivation, or how your relational experiences shape the way you show up with others. We’ll identify the cycles that keep you stuck and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are and who you want to be. Many clients describe therapy as a process of coming home to themselves—feeling more confident, self-aware, and capable of creating a life that feels meaningful.
Why Online Therapy Works Well for Colorado Clients
Online therapy can be especially beneficial in Colorado, where busy schedules, long commutes, and frequent life transitions can make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Being able to meet from the comfort of your home creates a sense of safety and consistency that supports deep therapeutic work. Whether you live in Colorado Springs, Denver, Aurora, Fort Collins, or a more rural area, online therapy ensures that distance never becomes a barrier to receiving the care you need. You can begin therapy without rearranging your entire day, which helps you stay consistent and committed to your growth.
Private Pay Therapy in Colorado
I operate as a private pay therapist because it allows us to work at the pace and depth that feels right for your needs. Without insurance restrictions or required diagnoses, our sessions can remain focused on your unique experiences, patterns, and goals. Individual therapy sessions are $150, and couples therapy sessions are $175. If you want to use out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide superbills for potential reimbursement. I am able to accept some insurances in Colorado. Check here for more information.
